Actor/Role: CC&B

Description: The background process, SAACT, Service Agreement Activation, periodically checks to see if Service Agreements can be activated. CC&B creates an exception processing record for each Service Agreement with the Service Agreement's effective start date less than the current date and with missing or incomplete information. The Service Agreement may also be manually activated. A separate background process creates To Do Entries for Pending Start/Stops that are older than a configured date. To Do Type and To Do Roles must also be configured.

•	SAACT - SA Activation - Activates and stops Service Agreements when all required information is available.

•	TD-SSFTL - To Do for Old Pending Start/Stops-catches start/stop requests that have gone unfulfilled.
